This is the Privacy Policy statement of TofG Services which is powered by Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd (Herein after referred to as “TofG Services”), who also manage the website ‘tofg.in’.

TofG Brand Services (also called a “Site” or “Website”, together the “Sites” or together called “TofG Services” or “Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd” or “We” or “Us” which include its associates and group companies), is a business entity engaged in various business operations including software development, Telecom Project Management and Application program management, HR services etc. This Privacy Policy extends to all the products and services offered by us under this portal and proposes as to how transparently we may collect, utilize, notify and disclose information in relation to the users of the platforms of TofG Services. Users under this policy statement include both User of TofG Users, the Customers and Service providers who use this platform for availing our services.

In the event that Users who do not provide any or insufficient Business and/or Personal Data marked as mandatory, it may not be possible to complete the registration process or provide such users with our product sales or services. Camera Permission Usage : Our application requests access to your device camera for the following purposes: – Capturing profile photos – Uploading KYC documents for identity verification – Recording video for verification or service-related purposes The camera is accessed only when required and with your explicit permission. We do not access the camera in the background or without user interaction. All captured images or videos are securely transmitted and used only for verification and service-related functionalities within the platform.
  7. Location Permission Usage : TOFG Partner collects and uses location data to assign nearby customer service requests and match jobs based on the service partner’s real-time location. Location data is collected only when a service partner marks themselves as “ON/Available” using the availability toggle in the app. Location data may be collected even when the app is in the background or not in use (including when the app is closed), but only while the service partner is marked as “ON/Available” . This is required so the app can continue matching nearby customer requests and supporting active service operations. Location tracking stops immediately when the service partner goes “OFF/Offline”. We do not collect background location when the service partner is Offline. Users can deny or revoke location permission at any time from device settings, but nearby request matching and availability features may not work without location access.
  8. SMS Permission Usage : Our application may request access to SMS messages for the purpose of: – Automatically reading One-Time Passwords (OTP) for user authentication We do not read, store, or share your personal SMS messages. Access is limited only to OTP retrieval to simplify login and verification processes.
  9. Storage and Media Access : Our application may request access to your device storage or media files to: – Upload profile images or documents – Save temporary files required for application functionality We do not access or store personal files unrelated to the app’s functionality.
  10. Background Services : TOFG Partner may run background services only when a service partner is marked as “ON/Available” or during active service operations. These background services support real-time location tracking, nearby request assignment, and floating overlay controls for active availability. When the service partner goes “OFF/Offline”, background location tracking and related background services stop.
  11. Data Sharing and Disclosure : We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to third parties. We may share limited user data only in the following cases: – To enable service fulfillment between customers and service providers – For verification, fraud detection, or investigation purposes – With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the platform All such parties are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection laws. We do not share sensitive personal data such as KYC documents, images, or location data with third parties except where required for service delivery, legal compliance, or user-requested actions.
  12. User Consent : By using our application, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  13. Users can choose to grant or deny these permissions at any time through device settings. However, certain features of the application may not function properly without the required permissions.
