We offer a wide range of services catering to both offline and online needs, along with a platform for merchants to sell their items. Our pricing structure is transparent and ensures clarity for all users of our platform. Below is the detailed breakdown of how pricing is calculated for various categories.

1. Offline Services

Offline services include a variety of professions such as electricians, painters, plumbers, AC repairers, parcel delivery, cooks, housekeepers, security personnel, pet caretakers, elder care, babysitters, dance instructors, and teachers who visit customers’ premises.

Payment Structure

• Payment is collected in two parts:
  1. Visiting Charges: Paid upfront, which varies based on the type of service and distance.
  2. Service Charges: Collected separately and may depend on the scope of work.
• Example Pricing for Visiting Charges:
  • Electrician: ₹100 (up to 3 km distance)
  • AC Repairer: ₹100 (up to 3 km distance)
  • Plumber: ₹100 (up to 3 km distance)
  • Painter: ₹100 (up to 3 km distance)

How It Works

1. Customers pay the visiting charges via our app.
2. Service charges (if applicable) are either collected via the app or directly paid in cash to the worker.
3. If the service is not availed after the visit, only the visiting charge is applicable.

2. Online Services

Online services include remote work opportunities such as freelance developers, subject-specific teachers, yoga instructors, and other authorized online services.

Hourly and Daily Pricing

• Prices for online services range between ₹300/hour to ₹2000/hour or ₹2000/day to ₹10,000/day.
• Example Pricing for Online Services:
  • Software Developer (Java, React, DevOps, etc.): ₹500/hour
  • Online Subject Expert: ₹500/hour
  • Yoga Instructor: ₹500/session
  • Cooking Support: ₹300/hour
  • Graphic Designer: ₹1000/hour

3. Marketplace for Merchant Items

We also provide a marketplace where merchants (both wholesalers and retailers) can sell their products directly to customers.

How It Works

1. Customers can search for items they want to purchase, and the platform connects them with nearby merchants.
2. Customers can choose:
   • Self-Pickup: Collect the item from the merchant’s location.
   • Doorstep Delivery: Available for an additional delivery fee.

Special Features

• Bulk Purchases: Customers can connect with wholesalers for bulk orders, negotiate pricing, and finalize details.
• Transparent Platform Fee: A 2% platform charge applies to each transaction.

Pricing Calculations and GST Breakdown

For Offline and Online Services

Example:

• Amount Collected from Customer: ₹100
• Platform Charges: 5% (₹5)
• GST on Platform Charges: ₹5 × 18% = ₹0.90
• Total Platform Fee (inclusive of GST): ₹5.90
• Worker’s Share: ₹100 – ₹5.90 = ₹94.10

Final Breakdown:

• Customer Pays: ₹100
• Platform Fee (inclusive of GST): ₹5.90
• Worker Receives: ₹94.10
• GST Remitted: ₹0.90

For Marketplace Items

Example:

• Merchant Quoted Price: ₹100
• Platform Fee: 2% (₹2)

GST on Platform Charges:

1. From Customer:
   • Platform Fee: ₹2
   • GST (18%): ₹0.36
   • Total Platform Fee (from Customer): ₹2 + ₹0.36 = ₹2.36
2. From Merchant:
   • Platform Fee: ₹2
   • GST (18%): ₹0.36
   • Total Deduction (from Merchant): ₹2 + ₹0.36 = ₹2.36

Amount Calculations:

• Customer Pays: ₹100 (quoted price) + ₹2.36 (platform fee) = ₹102.36
• Merchant Receives: ₹100 – ₹2.36 = ₹97.64
• GST Paid to Government: ₹0.72 (₹0.36 each from customer and merchant).
