Terms & Conditions Governing the Use of TofG Services

When you subscribe our services for TofG Mobile App, and the usage is governed by the following terms and conditions (T&Cs) which are made applicable all the time when you visit our website or Mobile Application or use our services. Therefore, the Terms are applicable upon your acceptance of usage of our platform, and this sets up our relation for all purposes between You and ourselves (See the definitions below).

1. Your Acceptance of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):

Upon you accepting   these Terms and Conditions, You understand and agree that TofG Services ( Powered by Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd ) will treat Your use of the Services on our Mobile Application or Website, as Acceptance of our terms and conditions, such as your use of our App services for connecting with Service Employees on mutually agreed commercial terms for TofG services, or other services or such additional other services which we may add from time to time (all such services are individually or collectively are referred as “Service” or “Services”) on the Site (https://tofg.in website or mobile application) and used.

Therefore, by clicking on the “I accept” or “Submit” button, you are consenting to be bound by these user terms while availing the services. Therefore, please satisfy yourself that you read and understand all these user terms before you use the site or services via mobile app. If you do not agree to or accept any of the User Terms, then please do not use the Site or mobile app or avail any of the Services being provided therein. Your agreement to these user terms shall operate as a binding agreement between you and us in respect of the use of the services of TofG.

Your acceptance of the User Terms shall include your acceptance of the privacy policy, booking policies, Cancellation policies and other terms as stated in the website and shall also include any changes made to the terms and conditions or other policies from to time. One may also refer to FAQ for any kind of clarification on usage of the services or write to customer care in this regard.
This entire document is an electronic record form in terms of applicable provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. Accordingly, this is electronic record form and is generated by a computer system. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. Definitions of the terms used herein the terms and conditions:

Each of the words or terms in these User Terms and Conditions will have the meaning as assigned to them as defined herein below:

(i) “Account” shall mean the account as set up by the Customer or Service Employees through mobile application or admin portal on your behalf

(ii) “Customer” or “You” means the person who uses the TofG mobile app to Book A required service available by mobile Application or by website or by any other mode and include a potential Customer.

(iii) “Service Employee” shall mean individuals who have registered under this TofG services via mobile app or site after due scrutiny and evaluation. Such persons may or may be the owners of the items for which they will be serving the service. With an example If a service employee as a delivery boy means who have a valid driving license issued by the concerned authorities in accordance with the applicable provisions of law (Such persons may or may not be the owners of Vehicles) or a employee who works as electrician having their electrical tool kit.

(iv) “Force Majeure” shall mean fact or any event arising due to any factors or reasons or act of god or cause beyond the control of TofG Services.

(v) “TofG” or “Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “site” or “portal” or “mobile app” shall mean tofg.in or Belvarads Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 13, Brightway school main road, Gowdana Palya Bangalore 560061 Karnataka India, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include all its successors, affiliates and permitted assigns. “tofg.in” is the portal of Belvarads Technology Private Limited for providing the services facilitating a connection between a intended customer and Service Employee who intend carry the service for a agreed consideration set or settled between themselves by a process. “TofG” is the brand name of this facilitation service.

(vi) “Registration ” shall mean providing by the applicant the name (may be as per Aadhar or PAN card), email ID, mobile number and providing other such information as may be required for the purpose of completion of registration process including updating thereof either from the Customer including potential person to be a Service taker or Customer or by Service provider or service employee such other person who has to complete the Registration by submitting the details for registration have a TofG account the mobile App or enter into the Database of the App by its process verifying, validating and accepting the same by a communication informing the applicant. Until the same is accepted by TofG the process of registration is not complete. The applicant must resubmit the details to repeat the process for registration until it gets onboarded successfully.

(vii) “Service” or “Delivery a parcel” shall mean the getting the service at specified location by the Customer or between from and to location to deliver the parcel
facilitated through the app.

(viii) “Service” or “Services” means the service offered by us purely for the facilitation of convenience for the customer who has placed his/her request for such services or any other services offered through our App or Website on their behalf as provided by us through the Mobile Application or via any other mode of availing service including telephone request at the helpline etc.

(xiii) “Site” or “Website “shall mean the Mobile Application App /Website/Portal of tofg.in the platform powered, operated and maintained under TofG Services brand by Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd 13, Brightway school main road, Gowdana Palya Bangalore 560061 Karnataka India Pin Code: 560061, with support of third party associates for Cloud servers, Support services etc;.

(ix) “Terms and Conditions” or “T&Cs” and “User Terms” or “ User Conditions “ shall mean these Customer terms and conditions as generally understood as the preconditions the User should know before availing the services;

(x) “Third party service provider” shall mean a Service Employees and/or an operator or a vehicle owner associated with us, offering the variety of services to Customers on the request of the Customer utilizing our portal or mobile App/Website;

(xi) “Vehicle” or “Vehicles” or “Motor cycles / Bikes” or other vehicles (which are used for transportation of customers belongings) shall mean the same as defined under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.which has. have valid appropriate license or permission under law to provide such services.

(xii) “Website or Mobile App “shall mean the mobile App or Website of tofg.in or of TofG Services which include the stored date, data base available for view and application over internet-based networks.

3. Eligibility for Registration as User

3.1 To be “Eligible” to use our Services, You need to fulfil the following conditions:
a. You must be 18 years of age to use our services and person of sound mind eligible to enter into any contract.
b. Minors that are children below 18 years can use the services only under the guidance of an adult person.
c. We reserve the right to terminate your account or prevent Your use of our services if any information submitted to us is found to be false, fictitious, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
d. You are competent to enter into a contract under the Applicable Laws and eligible to register with us as User of our services (Such registered person may also be called “Member”)

3.2 You understand and acknowledge that You can register on the Website/Mobile Application only after complying with the requirements of this Clause 3 and by completing current correct data and submission of Your Registration Data in a form provided for the purpose, along with valid specific attachments.

3.3 Once You submit your application for registration for Service Employee, the data will be verified for validation and approval for registration. Service Employee might go through multiple times updating of the registration process if the provided details are not meeting the criteria to approve and accept. Once the Registration application is verified and validated, an unique employee number will be allocated and the same will be used to identify throughout your journey

3.4 On successful onboarding of you, You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Data particulars and will be liable for all activities and transactions that occur through Your Account.

3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or put on hold or even terminate Your Account with immediate effect for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration provided by You are incorrect or false, or for any other reason we may find such action as just or equitable.

3.6 In case, You are unable to access Your Account or have suspicion about any transaction or any such reasons, please contact us at contact@tofg.in  and ask for help.

4. TOFG Services

TofG Services acts only as a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent service providers. TofG Services does not employ, control, or directly provide the services offered by service providers. You agree and acknowledge that TofG Services is a facilitator for Customer getting services either for their own premises or any of their other premises or otherwise and other Services offered on this platform and is not liable for any 3rd party product services as is offered or available on the Site and other related applications with respect to terms, commercials, quality of services and all other conditions attached thereto.

You agree and acknowledge that use of these Services and the site related applications are at your sole risk and responsibility and TofG Services shall not be held liable for issues arising from third-party services, as it acts only as a facilitator. It is your sole responsibility to check and recheck the accuracy, correctness and relevant usefulness of all opinions, advices, services, and other information provided through our site or portal generally. TofG Services does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of services provided by third-party service providers.

4.1 TofG Services platform enables and permits you to get connected with the required Service Employees to avail the required services which are offered by third party service providers as Employees and Vehicle Owners are the service providers who register with us on to our portal to provide the services. The Service system allows You to send a request via our platform to third party service providers for booking a service, wherein TofG services connects you to the third-party service providers. These third-party service providers have sole and complete discretion to accept or reject each request for Service. If Service provider accepts then customer will be notified and it provides information regarding the Employee – the Employee name, Vehicle registration number (in case of delivery service), external online meeting link(third party link if in case of online service) telephone details of the Employee and such other details as the system may provide before the start of the service. However, it is hereby clarified that TofG Services reserves the right to interrupt or cancel services in cases of safety, security, or policy violations.

4.2 By using the TofG services portal or mobile Application/Website You agree that:
(i) You will only use the Service or download the Application for Your Normal personal use and will not assign it to a third party unless permitted in a manner provided if any and Use the services for only lawful purposes in a lawful manner.

(ii) You will use it provided you are the authorised person and use it on an authorised network

(iii) You will not, at any time, harm or try to harm the Services system, Site, the Application, Data-base or our network infrastructure or any account of any member of TofG Services, in any way in any manner whatsoever.

(iv) You will lawfully follow and comply with all the applicable Laws as applicable for availing these services from us. You must be aware of provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules, regulations and guidelines notified thereunder and comply with it all the time.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance: TofG Services reserves the right to terminate the Services and the use of the portal /Website/Mobile App in case failure to compliance with any of the above said terms and / or requirements including reasons of any possible potential fraud, use of abusive language, create any in-security, wilful destruction, indulge in any anti-national activity or for any force majeure reasons;

4.4 TofG Services will store the information provided by You or record the calls for contacting You or made by you and for all Service related matters. You shall promptly inform Us on any change in the information provided by You, for updating. Users are responsible for verifying the suitability, credentials, and service details of the service providers before engaging in any service.

4.5 You agree that we may share your data only with trusted third-party service providers where necessary for service delivery, identity verification, customer support, or investigation of complaints or misuse of the platform. We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to third parties. Any data shared is limited to what is necessary for the specific purpose and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4.6 Tofg.in will always be entitled to enter into any tie-up in terms of joint-venture or sub-contract fully or partially or otherwise with any other organization which may or may not have engaged in the business of providing analogous and/or similar services to those herein contained. In such case, depending upon the modality and the operational arrangement as may be agreed upon, services will be provided by such new establishment either by jointly and/or severally. You hereby agree to it and give Your irrevocable consent to such a new model of providing services and accordingly the present terms and conditions herein contained will, mutatis mutandis, applicable in respect of such tie-up arrangement also effective from the effective date commencement of such services.

5. Booking Of Services

i) TofG Services provides suitable platform for any services listed by TofG where the Customer places her/his request as per the system (with her/his intended pricing) to the Employee/ service providers who are available in the designated distance area. Such of the intended Employee/ service providers shall accept/ignore/reject the request, upon receiving the booking request from customer in the manner set out in the system. Customer may evaluate the confirmation of the availability of an employee and proceed to confirm or decline the booking based on the availability of Employee. Once accepted the same shall be informed to Customer via app notification. In the event the booking is confirmed, Customer shall check the booking details including but not limited to arrival time and distance, and if there is incorrect detail Customer may promptly cancel the booking and try a fresh to raise another request.

ii) Customer shall alone be responsible for the consequences and damages in case of any delay in checking the notification or failure to revert to us quickly for any incorrect details filled in or booked

6. Technical Issues

In case of any technical issues faced by any User (You), please contact the Customer care help desk to raise a ticket by sending an email to contact@tofg.in from Your service dashboard to let us know of the same. You can also contact us on 080-41010132 in case of urgent matters.

7. Customer Relation Management (CRM)

i) In case of a Service booked on our Mobile Application / Website Customer shall be required to rate the service after its closure or completion. Customer agree that feedbacks and reviews are an important tool for improving the service levels and therefore it is an opportunity to express Customer experience to provide the feedback on service experience or Services. A process is set up in the mobile App for giving the Customer feedback. The feedback or reviews will be analyzed and investigated, and action will be taken to improve the service levels.

ii) We give highest priority to the Customer Relation Management (CRM) and we have a set an effective process to redress the CRM issues. However CRM has to be interactive so that issues reported handled and resolved to the best possible way and one cannot have pre-judicial approach to the problem. Therefore, as a process, Customers facing any issue, should report to our customer care desk within 5 days of happening of the event for initiating any action by TofG Services, failing which, such issue will not be taken for any action.

8. Payment of Fare and Other Service Charges

(i) TofG Services will not charge any the Service/Convenience charges for service of facilitating and connect between the Customers and Employees for the availing the Service.

(ii) TofG Services does not process or collect payments. All payments are directly handled between customers and service providers outside the platform.

(iii) Any payment related issues, TofG Services shall not be responsible as we do not collect any money from either of the party.

9. Violation Of User Terms & Conditions By Customers And Employees

You agree that both Customers & Employees (herein referred to as “You” or “both”) shall have to maintain highest level of social etiquettes. Therefore, both during interaction period and service period You shall not smoke, and/or drink in the customer premise or be uncourteous or aggressive or misbehave with the other or act in Violation of Applicable Law. None shall indulge in any kind of altercation, whatever may be the reason for provocation. In the event You are found to be involved in the activities set out above, after enquiry by an appropriate person, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts.

10. Authorization

By accepting these Terms, you agree to the data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

TofG Services shall not be liable for any failure to perform or complete any obligations under these User Terms, if the effort to perform is disturbed or delayed or held back or prevented, hindered by a Force Majeure factor and in such case our obligations under this User Terms shall stand on hold mode or suspended for so long as the Force Majeure factor continues.

12. Indemnification

a. Indemnity : By accepting these User Terms and using the Service, You agree that You shall defend, indemnify and hold tofg.in, their affiliates, Associates, their licensors, and each of concerned employees, officers, directors, other users, service providers, counsellors, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) Your violation or breach of any accepted User Terms or any Applicable Law or approvals or rules and regulation (b) Violation of any rights by You of any third party who are directly or indirectly affected or concerned by such violation(c) Your unlawful use or misuse of the Portal or mobile application or the Website or the Service offered by us

b. Liability: The Services provided to You by or through the Site, the mobile Application/Website and our Help desk are for your convenience and information shared are for general information purposes and general guidance. We always try our best to keep the Site or mobile app and its contents correct and up to date. However, it may contain unintended errors or not updated information. We therefore do not guarantee that the information or content of the Site or the mobile app is free of errors, defects, malware and viruses coming from unknown sources.

c. TofG Services shall not be liable for You for missing any event or engagement or missing any of your belongings or any other similar happenings as the Service offered is bring a deal between Customer and Employee which itself is dependent on many exterior factors which are not in our control. You must always factor possible events or hurdles which may affect the smooth delivery of services like peak hours, odd hours, night time, social factors, natural calamities, and other such expected or unexpected conditions.

d. TofG Services is no way responsible for loss of your belongings like luggage, cash, personal items like mobiles, laptops and You shall take full responsibility of Your items and belongings both during the complete service journey. However, every possible support shall be given in case of any loss of things or times. You may raise a complaint with Customer care and also take police support depending upon nature of incident. Our Help desk will use their contact for resolution of the issue with suitable interference.

e. TofG Services, being intermediary as a Coordinator between the two parties, does not assure a complete sustainability of the Service provided by the third-party service provider and shall not be held responsible or liable for such instances, in any manner whatsoever.

f. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TofG Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform. Since TofG Services acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not directly provide services or process payments, its liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

13. Exclusion Of Warranties

13.1 Your use of the services which are subject to the terms and conditions state herein, You agree that the Services under this website / Portal are availed at Your sole risk and that the Services are provided “as is where is basis ” and “as is available” basis. TofG Services and its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and franchisees do not represent or warrant to You that:

i) Your use of the Services will meet Your requirements all the time

ii) The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error or mistakes or misunderstanding

iii) Any information passed on to you totally will be accurate or reliable or updated or such information may have been cross checked

iv) That defects in the relevant software provided to You used in providing the Services will be corrected.

v) TofG Services expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind thereto, whether express or implied and not limited to the implied warranties and conditions applicable for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13.2 You shall be responsible for immediately reporting the incidents or happenings or errors, if any, to enable TofG Services to take such appropriate action for speedy resolution of the matter and any delay may complicate and make it difficult for resolving the issue.

13.3 TofG Services shall not be responsible for cancellation of booking due to unavailability of employee / cancellation by third party operator of service / or any other reason or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

13.4 In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, and as permitted by applicable law, in no event will TofG Services aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these user terms or the services rendered per these terms of use, whether under a contract, in tort (including cases of negligence, product liability, or other possible such cases), warranty, or otherwise, exceed the amount of Rs. 500/- (rupees Five hundred only).

13.5 If Applicable Law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability, the scope and duration of the extent of the liability of TofG Services shall be limited to the minimum permitted under Applicable Law.

14. Mobile Application / Website / Portal – Download License

14.1 Subject to Your compliance with these User Terms, TofG Services grants You a restricted, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-sub licensable license to download and install Tofg Services Mobile Application/Website on a mobile device that You own and possess and to run the Application / Website solely for Your use.

14.2 You shall not ;
(a) License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or Site in any way.

(b) Produce or reproduce the application or website or modify or make derivative works based upon the Service or Application/Website/Database.

(c) Create Internet “links” to the Service or “frame” or “mirror” any Site on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device.

(d) Reverse engineer or access the Site in order to
(i) Design or build a competitive product or service,
(ii) Design or build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service or Site, or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service or Site, or launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program which may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Service or Site.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

TofG Services or tofg.in or Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd Our licensors, own all right, title and interest, including, but not limited to all copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights (“IP rights”), in and to the site, the platform, the usage data. As a User or otherwise You shall not copy, distribute, transmit, change, modify, create derivative works, display, perform or otherwise use the Site, the platform or any of the IP rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code for the platform or use the platform or Site to create a product in competition to us. All rights are expressly reserved and rest with Belvarads Technology Pvt Ltd.

We, may display or publish third party trademarks on this Site/ Portal/ mobile Application and all rights therein are reserved to the registered owners of those trademarks. For use of any third party’s intellectual property. You must get permission directly from the Owners of the intellectual property for any use in any manner. You shall be solely responsible for any infringement of violation of any laws or any intellectual property rights caused by use of the Services or the Site/ Mobile Application/Website. LINKS You may establish, with our ( Owner) prior written permission, a hypertext link to the Site, provided that the link does not state or imply any sponsorship or our endorsement of your site. You must not use on Your site our trademarks or product or service marks or any content belonging to TofG Services including use of our any logos or modules or processes or characters, without our express prior written permission which we may give after due verification and with certain conditions.

16. Termination Of User Agreement

(i) Unless terminated in accordance with this Clause 17 or any other applicable clauses of these terms and conditions, the agreement between TofG Services and You is perpetual in nature upon your downloading the Mobile Application/Website and continue and run for each service used through the Site.

(ii) In case you desire so, you may terminate the agreement at all times by deletion of Your Account in the application, disabling the use by You of the Site. TofG Services is entitled to terminate the agreement at all times by disabling Your use of the Site and the Service for reasons if You: a) misuse the Application/Website/Portal b) misuse the Services (c) violate or breach of any term of the User Terms, or (d) for such other reasons which in the opinion of TofG Services the agreement need to be terminated without any notice of the termination of the agreement in advance. After termination notice thereof may be given in accordance with these User Terms.

(iii) Termination of this agreement will not prejudice accrued rights of either TofG Services or You as per the terms and will not amount to waiver of other rights of the terms and which continue to survive despite termination.

17. Invalidity Of One Or More Provisions And Severance

In a situation where any of the terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which shall continue to survive and remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable between the parties.

18. Conflict

In the event of any contradiction or inconsistency between this User Terms and any other agreement executed between TofG Services and You, the terms of the User Terms shall prevail unless the exception has been expressly agreed to in writing by making specific reference in this regard.

19. Disclaimer

(i) TofG Services is merely a net based platform to facilitate coordination and aggregation of Customers and Employee/ Owners for the purposes of facilitating the services offered on this platform and does not in any manner provide transportation services. TofG Services does not support, suggest, endorse, advertise, advise or recommend You avail the Services of any Employee or Available service. TofG Services also does not assure or guarantee in respect of the behaviour, actions of the Users or Employees or the DATA posted or generated on the Site.

(ii) TofG Services does not authorize anyone to make a warranty on Our behalf and You shall not rely on any statement of warranty as a warranty by Us unless it is specifically agreed upon.

(iii) TofG Services and their directors, executives, representatives, consultants, officers, employees, agents, franchisees, associates, contractors and sub- contractors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, expense, all costs, or liability arising directly or indirectly from your use or non-use of the service or the Site, or your reliance upon the Service or the information contained upon the Site or any other person’s negligence or otherwise.

(iv) The systems, processes or contents on the Site, Application/Portal are provided and taken on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your use or access of the Site and/or Mobile Application is at your sole risk, that You assume full responsibility for Your access and use of the Site and/or Mobile Application, and that We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to Your access and use of this Site and/or Mobile Application.

(v) All images, audio, video and text in the Site and /or Application and /or Portal are only for illustrative purposes. Any resemblance of any matter to anybody or anything is purely unintentional and/or coincidental.

20. Modification Of The User Terms And Services

(i) TofG Services has complete right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace, in part or full, any of these User Terms or provisions and can change, suspend, block, discontinue or restrict your use to all or any feature of the Service or the contents or conditions on Mobile Application/Portal / site at any time.

(ii) TofG Services shall not be required to notify You of any changes made to these User Terms. The revised User Terms shall be made available on the Site. You are requested to regularly visit the Site to view the most current User Terms. It shall be Your responsibility to check these User Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site, following the changes to the User Terms, will constitute Your acceptance of those changes. Your use of the Site and the Services is subject to the current version of the User Terms made available on the Site/ Portal/Mobile Application or may be by a notification, at the time of such use.

21. Notice

(i) TofG Services may give notice by means of a general notice on the Service or Mobile Application/Website/Portal or email to Your registered email address or a message on Your registered mobile number or may be by any mode of communication sent to Your address on record with us.

(ii) You may write or contact us by sending an e-mail at Our email address contact@tofg.in and also by a written communication sent Our address at 13, Brightway school main road, Gowdana Palya Bangalore 560061 Karnataka India

22. Assignment

You shall not assign Your rights or authority under these User Terms without our prior written permission and approval. We have all the rights and authority to assign the rights under the User Terms to any affiliate on such terms and conditions as we may mutually agree.

23. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

The User Terms are subject to the laws of republic of India and always be governed by and enacted in accordance with the laws of India. 1. Fraud Alerts

We (TofG Services or tofg.in) have observed that from time to time, fake account holders with fake mobile connections & details or through some other means may be listed on our website and try to entice others who are also listed online, make misleading offers which are sent either via SMS or emails or by some other means to unlawfully gather/collect the personal details and/or attempt to transfer fraudulently money from unsuspecting mobile Users. Please note that TofG Services management is always against such elements & will never represent any such parties sending such fraudulent messages or communications. We are totally opposed to such things and try to caution through our Terms and Conditions. We are always against such elements and seek the support and cooperation of all users to fight against these fraudsters. TofG Services is committed to providing the safest possible environment to the Users to transact financial deals on our portal. We may provide some hints or tips to enable you to be watchful against such suspicious fraudsters or links or mails of such elements. Any offer appearing to be too easy or attractive or too good to be apparently looks to be true, must be verified in detail beforehand, with the originator of such offers / contents.

Do not give your private identification information unless you are confident and trust the offer or the communication. Be extremely careful when providing your personal or bank or credit/debit card information while initiating any monetary transactions. Pre-verify the correctness or legitimacy of the offer or with whom you are intending to deal with. Do not provide any private personal information over the phone or online unless, in your opinion, it is from a reliable source and genuine. Be aware of any messages by e-mail or SMS or by WhatsApp or from any other source which is solicits your details and ultimately require you to pay money in advance, particularly if the payee is just a mobile number which is suspiciously unrelated in any way to the payer. Always, please report to immediately to police authorities or us of any such suspicious communications you may have received, if you have the information of their true source for necessary action. Besides we also suggest you to lodge a report to the appropriate law enforcement agencies for handling of the case.

2. Reporting of Frauds

If you see any questionable messages you may receive repeatedly or any potential misuse of this portal or its brand, kindly report with details immediately, at least twice, of any suspected fraud to contact@tofg.in so that suitable steps can be taken for your safety and other related issues. 3. Spoofing Messages

Spoof emails usually include a fraudulent offer of huge amounts or enticing disproportionate freebies or gifts coupled with request to disseminate personal details or an invitation to perform a monetary transaction. These types of scams are primarily directed at general audience. Please be extremely careful of such spoof emails for your own safety.

Cancellation Policies

In many cases circumstances may force a Customer or even employee to cancel a booking because of reasons best faced by them. However repeated cancellations would surely a matter of concern and should be avoided. Also it does cause inconvenience and always one must think twice before cancelling a service. You (Customer or Employee) may cancel your bookings from the My Account after logging in. Cancellation process has been made simple in a self-managing mode so that employees are freed for next services. For better understanding of cancellation, one may refer to the FAQ section to know the terms of cancellation.

d. TofG Services being the connector between Customer and Employee, shall not be directly responsible for cancellation of booking due to unavailability of employee / cancellation by third party service provider or for any other reason. we only facilitate the resolution of the matter by appropriate mediation in exceptional cases.

Note: Cancellation process depends on availability of service at the time of booking. However, third party service provider may have his own cancellation policy for such third-party services which may be indicated separately. We have the absolute authority to change or modify or vary from place to place or time to time, the cancellation policy or schedule of cancellation charges, which shall be notified on this page as and when such changes are made.
